We offer a variety of yoga classes, sound baths, and reiki to serve your wellness needs.
Yoga
Arrow Yoga offers classes for all levels. We want to help you be the best version of you – whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or you’ve been practicing for years. Sound Baths
We offer 1 hour sound baths every third Saturday and for every full moon. You can combine yoga with the sound bath or just come for the sound bath! We also occasionally have additional sound healing sessions. Those will be special events and will be posted under Events instead of our regular Class Schedule.
Reiki
Reiki sessions are provided by one of our yoga instructors and certified reiki master, Crystal Nieblas. Reiki is a great way to balance your energy and align your chakras. Sessions are $75 for 1 hour and $85 for 90 minutes. Book directly with Crystal at 7ringshealing@gmail.com.
Massage
