About the event
On July 15th 9-10am, we will be hosting our first Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga at Green Valley Lake! Don't worry if you feel like you won't be able to balance on the board while practicting yoga; we will be moving through a very gentle practice and if you fall off, you'll just end up in the water! Afterwards, enjoy a complimentary mimosa at the Black Dog Shoppe!
There area total of 6 SUPs for rent at the lake for $20 so we are limited to 6 as of now (you can bring your own but would need to purchase a day pass and the cost is $80!!). Hopefully, we will be able to add more boards in the future. Unlimited Members will pay just for the paddleboard, Limited members pay $20 for the board + $10 for the class. Class holders can use 1 class pass to cover the cost of the class, and $40 for nonmembers for both the board and the class. Make sure to dress appropriately (for example, you can wear a bathing suit plus shorts and a shirt that you don't mind getting wet).
