About the event
For the Memorial Day holiday, Crystal will be leading a guided meditation plus sound bath. The guided meditation is provided to gently lead you to a place of deep relaxation while the sound bowls providing energy healing. Free for Arrow members on the Unlimited Plans, $10 for all other members, $30 for nonmembers.
