Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga in which the asanas (postures) are held for longer periods of time than in a vinyasa class. This is a great practice for getting deep into the tissues and fascia of the body. Recommended if you are recovering from an intensive workout or just feel like your body needs some deep stretching.
You have up until 10 minutes before class to cancel or reschedule.
