108 Sun Salutations Summer Solstice

We will once again be practicing 108 Sun Salutations, also known as Yoga Mala. This is a traditional practice performed at the solstices and equinoxes to symbolically shed old habits and ways of living and to rekindle our spirits.

This practice will be a led series of 9 sets of 12 Classical Sun Salutations with a break between sets. This practice is for all levels of practitioners but be prepared to sweat and move. Free for members on the Unlimited Plan. Those on Class Packs may use 1 class for this event. For all other members, the cost is $10. For nonmembers, the cost is $20.
