108 Sun Salutations for Winter Solstice

Enter the cold, dark days of winter with a warm heart and clear path. Traditionally practiced by yogis at the solstice and equinox to symbolically shed of old habits and ways of living, join us in welcoming the new season and new year with this virtuous kindling for our spirit with the practice of 108 Sun Salutations, known as Yoga Mala. This practice will be a led series of 9 sets of 12 Classical Sun Salutations with a break between sets. 

This practice is for all levels of practitioners. Be prepared to sweat and move continuously.
