We provide three different types of classes in a nonheated studio. Try them all out to see what fits your needs!
This gentle flow is great for beginners! This class is a slow-paced vinyasa flow with a focus on proper alignment and modifications. This is a great choice for beginners, older adults, pregnant women, or if you simply desire a slower paced class
This is an all levels vinyasa flow! Vinyasa flow is an active practice that strings postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. A typical vinyasa flow includes a warmup, a mix of standing poses, chaturangas, and a deep stretch cool down. Modifications are always offered to make postures accessible to all but prior yoga experience recommended.
Yin yoga is an introspective deep practice that offers a chance to turn inward and calm the physical and psychic body. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, enabling students to work deep into the connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It is slower paced but that does not mean it is easy!
